At Lummi, we guarantee our customers the very best shipping service so you receive your items in a timely and safe manner.

All items are carefully packaged and delivered right to your doorstep in quality condition. 


COVID-19 Update

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, customers may experience a delay of 1-2 businesses days processing their orders. 



Standard delivery: 3 – 7 business days ($9.50)
Express delivery: 1 – 3 business days ($15.50)

Delivery via Australia Post on business days and not on weekends or public holidays.

Delivered with Safe Drop – Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after receiving the full payment.

Express delivery: 2 – 4 business days ($35.50)

Delivery via Australia Post and their international local delivery partners (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS).

The prices within the online store include GST.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you enjoy your purchase, however, if you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist by providing you with a credit note, exchange or refund*.

*Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Items to be refunded must be received within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items to be exchanged must be received within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.
  • No refund for change of mind on sale items—exchange only within 14 days.
  • Hair brushes and hosiery cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

You can return an item purchased online by posting it to our Returns/Exchange address:

  • Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included and any comments about reason of retuning the goods.
  • All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Lu & Mon.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

If the requested exchange items are unavailable or further payment is required we will contact you. To avoid disappointment we recommend placing another order online and requesting a refund for the returned goods.

Damaged Or Faulty Goods

Lummi by Lu & Mon Pty Ltd, subject to proof of purchase, is happy to provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund on any product purchased directly from one of our own stores exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the product intended purpose, significantly different from what was shown to you or in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumers guarantees.

Refunds are to be processed using the original tender type.

Eftpos refunds must be processed against the original card. Customer name address and contact number must be provided for all refunds.

If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact the Online Customer Service team: hi@iamlummi.com. We will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit.

If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you. Please note that we will only accept returns originally purchased online.

Goods Received in Error

If you believe you have received an item that differs to what you ordered please contact the Online Customer Service team: email hi@iamlummi.com. We will arrange for this to be returned to us and for the correct item/s to be sent.
